The bright apartment was completely renovated in 2020. The large
kitchen is equipped with a new Nobilia fitted kitchen and an
oven. The retro-style daylight bathroom has a
bathtub, shower and washing machine space. The old
floorboards in the spacious living rooms have been newly
sanded and sealed. The kitchen and hallway have a
beautiful, old terrazzo floor. The living room is accessible via the dining room (through room). The false ceiling to the
upper floor has been newly insulated.
It is a two-family house. The upper floor is
by me ( early retiree ) and my Bolonka Zwetna dog.
The television reception is via SAT system.

The apartment is located in the outskirts of Herzhorn, surrounded by
surrounded by meadows and fields.
You can reach Hamburg in 30 minutes via the A23 and
Elmshorn via the B 431 in 15 minutes. The Herzhorn train station
also offers a direct connection with the regional train (
travel time to Altona 40 minutes). Furthermore you have in Horst
connection to the AKN in the direction of Hamburg.
Herzhorn has a kindergarten and an elementary school
(secondary schools are located in Glückstadt). A
medical practice is also located in the town center,
as well as a small supermarket with a bakery.
