Location
The property is located on a background plot in Oldenburg in the family-friendly district of Krusenbusch, around 6 km from Oldenburg city center. You can reach the city center by car in 10 minutes. Opposite our house, separated only by a short play street, there is a development area which has been bordered by a very beautiful footpath and where various fitness equipment has recently been installed for free use. This invites you to take a nice walk. Dogs also enjoy it. A very large adjacent playground with special play equipment such as a ropeway and climbing elephants etc. invites children of all ages to play. Children of all ages can play here. This is also where many of the exciting community parties take place. If you wish, you can also visit a large forest in the immediate vicinity. All relevant shopping facilities, paediatricians/family doctors, schools and day-care centres are within easy walking distance. The highway connection to Bremen, Emden Leer, Wilhelmshaven and Osnabrück can be reached in a few minutes.
