Adjacent to the terrace is a small wooden house (3 m x 3 m), which was used as a children's room. There are also two beds and a small shelf here.

A new sauna made of cedar wood and freshly drilled wells have been on the property since 2022.

Behind the bungalow there is a separate large bathroom with shower, washbasin, washing machine and a small garden shed for gardening tools and small tools.

The bungalow stands on a leasehold plot. The rent costs 271 Euro per year.
The property is completely fenced. There is a parking lot in front of the property.

This spot is totally great for children. But single people will also feel very comfortable here.

The property is up to 120 km away from Berlin which is about 1.5 hours driving time.
Bungalow plot is located in Brandenburg in Körba am See... Very quiet and pretty area.

Around bungalow is rich in edible mushrooms pine forest and lake (nearby - 200 m) is very clean and in summer time you can swim and sunbathe.
