Rodigallee 55b, 22043 Hamburg (Marienthal)Family-friendly, very quiet 3-room apartment with a sunny balcony (with an awning) overlooking a green meadow and lots of storage space (basement 20 sqm, attic 12 sqm). I enjoyed living there myself for 10 years. In the house with 5 apartments, which are occupied by very nice owners, there are two bicycle cellars and in front of the house - bicycle parking spaces. Before I moved in in 2010, I laid new parquet flooring and had it sanded and oiled in 2024. The hot water is prepared by instantaneous water heaters with the temperature regulator.

Location
Marienthal is a very popular and beautiful area with many villas and parks. The land and property prices are comparable to Eppendorf. The properties have a high resale value. In place of the old houses, very elegant new buildings are being constructed in many places.
Across the street is the beautiful Wandsbeker Gehölz park and a stadium. At the end of Schimmelmannstraße is AK Wandsbek, an ALDI supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. A regional train stop will soon be built right there. Directly in front of the building is an elementary school, which is currently being expanded. Within walking distance (< 5 min) are: Veterinary clinic, car repair shop, Northern Business School, gas station, dental practice (Master of Since in oral implantology), bakery, hairdresser, music school, elementary school, several bus stops, the Bundeswehr University. There are several grammar schools and district schools in the area.
