The listed house is located in the center of Hechingen and next to the Fürstengarten of Hechingen, which is considered a cultural monument. Its villas and smaller buildings were created at the end of the 17th century as an English-style landscape park. There is a Kneipp bath and various themed trails directly behind the Fürstengarten. There are also numerous circular hiking trails on the Zollernalb. The hiking trails can be reached on foot from our house. There is a small weekly market on the market square in front of the house where you can buy regional products. Within walking distance is a bakery, pharmacy, church, museum and a restaurant. The bus stop is in front of the house. It is very quiet at night.
