Our top-maintained end-terrace house, built in 1999, is in a fresh outfit in the cozy Bullenhausen within walking distance of the Elbe.
Just a few weeks ago, we gave the entire house a fresh coat of paint, relaid the living room floor, replaced the switch covers with new pure white ones and also renewed the outdoor facilities to a high standard. Here you can really enjoy yourself on the new terrace under the electrically extendable awning.
The car parking space is directly adjacent to the newly landscaped garden; the walk into the house with your shopping couldn't be shorter.
Two storage rooms offer plenty of space for garden tools, bicycles and the like.
Our terraced end-terrace house has a living space of approx. 113 m² including its loft converted into living space, a full basement of approx. 68 m² and stands on a low-maintenance plot of approx. 183 m². We have not included the terrace in the calculation.
Our house is heated by a gas condensing boiler from 2015, which has been meticulously maintained every year (maintenance contract).
We fitted the bathroom and guest WC with new tiles in 2014 and largely equipped them with new sanitary appliances.
You can feel at home in the very well-designed 4 rooms and the additional room in the attic.
The storage room and checkroom on the first floor offer storage space.
The walk-in closet in the master bedroom is certainly a dream come true for many women (and men, of course).
Let's not forget the spacious full basement with its 3 rooms and the storage room under the basement stairs. Here you can store a lot of things that have become dear to you over the years.

The Bullenhausen district is located in the municipality of Seevetal and lies directly on the south bank of the Elbe.
The village is popular due to its immediate proximity to the Elbe and the associated recreational value.
The HVV bus connection to Hamburg or Winsen/Luhe, an Edeka supermarket or standing on top of the dyke and watching the ships or taking a walk or bicycle tour along the Elbe are just a few minutes' walk away.
A kindergarten, an elementary school, a sports center, a tennis club and even a small yacht club are just a few minutes' walk or drive away in Bullenhausen.
There is also a doctor's surgery, a bank branch and an indoor swimming pool (over).
From the nearby Hoop ferry pier, you can take a boat trip on the Elbe or cross over to the other side of the Elbe.
