Cozy apartment available immediately or earlier after consultation with the current tenant. Due to its size, the apartment is suitable for a maximum of two people. Requests for more than two people will be ignored.

The apartment is perfectly centrally located. The university of applied sciences, city center and surrounding areas are within easy reach.
A garden can be shared with the apartment. The other two tenants are elderly and very friendly.
There are 2 rooms, a toilet room, a shower room, a kitchen (extensive) with dining table and a cellar, attic and shared use of the garden (the other tenants hardly use it).
The apartment is already equipped with the most necessary furniture. This can be partially seen in the pictures. The floor of the apartment was newly renovated in 2021.
