In the middle is a nice place where you can eat together. The dining table is framed by a modern kitchen (induction) included in the purchase price. If it is too warm, you can switch on the air conditioning. From the kitchen you have access to a large balcony facing the green inner courtyard. Here you can barbecue with a few people and enjoy the evening. An additional glass roof offers protection from the weather all year round.
In the master bedroom with more than 20 m², you will find space for a double bed and a walk-in closet. An air conditioning system ensures a pleasant room climate if required.
The large living room offers many design options. A fireplace provides a cozy atmosphere.
The first children's room has 11.3 m² and access to a small balcony on the street side. From here, a breakthrough was made into the large children's room. This created a small enclosed storage room with a wardrobe, which is not shown on the floor plan.

Our apartment is just a stone's throw away from all the stores for daily needs: REWE, Penny, dm, bakeries, pharmacy, etc. are practically on the doorstep. Doctors and schools are also within walking distance.
The main market is approx. 1.4 km away on foot.
The connection to public transportation is optimal. Subway, buses and streetcars are only a few minutes away and take you directly to the main station, airport or Dutzendteich, for example.
In contrast to many other properties in Nuremberg, you have a feeling of greater freedom. Towards the street at the front, you have a view of trees or the city wall and not of the next block of flats. To the rear, there are trees before you see an educational institution.
Despite its exposed location, the street is traffic-calmed due to its 30 km/h speed limit and one-way traffic.
