Neu Wulmstorf is located around 16 km as the crow flies from Hamburg city center in a south-westerly direction, easily accessible through the Elbe tunnel via the A7 and B73, from the south via the A1 and B3 and from the direction of Stade also via the recently opened A26 with its own Neu Wulmstorf junction. The connection work on the A26 should be completed by 2026, so that the A7 junction in Hamburg can be reached in around 15 minutes.
The Neu Wulmstorf S-Bahn station (approx. 850 m), which is located close to the new-build project, and the bus stops within a minute's walk of the site, provide optimal connections to Hamburg and the nearby towns of Buxtehude and Stade within the HVV (Hamburg Transport Association). You can reach Hamburg Central Station from Neu Wulmstorf S-Bahn station in just 35 minutes on the S 5 or RE 5 trains, which run every 10 minutes at peak times.
