ground floor with a large living/dining room and a spacious kitchen with tiled floor and wooden ceiling. The guest WC is also located right next to the entrance.

Building description:
The main house with 108 square meters of living space was built in 1964 in solid construction with 30 cm brickwork. It has a full basement with a height of approx.
190 cm. Around 1973, an extension of around 36 square meters was added, which included a swimming pool. This extension consists of a steel frame
and insulated panels for the wall cladding and a large window to the garden.
We bought the house in 1993 and renovated it extensively. Around 1994, the swimming pool was closed off and fitted with a concrete ceiling with screed and tiled floor. The electrical installation was extensively and generously
with three-core NYM cables and a new switch box with 2 residual current circuit breakers throughout the house. The extension was fitted with an aluminum entrance door from Hörmann with a canopy. On the roof, between
between the steel girders with approximately 18 cm (3x6cm) thick polystyrene panels. Rough sheet piling and a roll-seam-welded stainless steel roof were installed on the steel girders.
It is now easily accessible for cleaning leaves and dirt.

together with the main house with 6 cm polystyrene boards and plastered.

The attic in the main house was insulated with polystyrene between the rafters.
Inside, tiled flooring was laid throughout the ground floor. Wooden ceilings were laid in the living rooms on the first floor and ground floor. In 2007, the top model from Viessmann, a new
Vitodens 300 gas condensing boiler was installed, which is in a very good
condition and works perfectly!
In 2008 and 2009 numerous windows were replaced by modern insulating glass windows.

The garage was fitted with new roofing felt and a new Hörmann garage door.
All roller shutters are electric and programmable. The large awning on the terrace also has an electric drive, while the balcony has a hand-crank drive.
