On the approx. 270 sqm plot there is a barn with plenty of space in addition to the secluded courtyard. There is currently a storage room and a large workshop, and the attic of the barn also offers plenty of storage space.

Upstairs there are two large air-conditioned bedrooms and a new shower room.
There is plenty of storage space in the large hallway area, as well as in the unfinished attic.
The house still has an old vaulted cellar, in which only the house connections (electricity, gas, water) and the components of the PV system are housed.
