It was built in the early 1960s and was lived in exclusively by us.
On the first floor, a bathroom with bath and toilet, a kitchen and two further rooms lead off the hallway, while upstairs there is a shower room with toilet and three rooms, one with a balcony. All kitchen connections are located there, so that the upper floor can be used as a separate apartment.
A bright staircase connects both floors and the basement.
The house has a full basement. The laundry room is also accessible via an external staircase. Due to the slight slope, one cellar room has windows looking out (no light wells).
The kitchen and living room on the ground floor lead directly into the garden.
A hatch with a folding staircase leads from the staircase to the attic.
The large plot offers plenty of scope for design and was previously used to grow fruit and vegetables.
