Graduated rental agreement:
The rental agreement provides for an annual graduated rent, which means that the monthly basic rent increases by 20 euros each year. The increase takes place annually. The graduated rent is fixed for the next 6 years.

Minimum rental period:
Ordinary termination is possible for the first time after a rental period of 18 months.
