The property offers a wonderful view of the Lemberg, the northern districts of Stuttgart and the lowlands.

The nearest supermarket is only 700 meters away and can also be reached quickly on foot.
The subway station with the lines U6, U13, U16 and the night bus line N3 can be reached in 700 meters. There is a direct connection to the city center, the airport and the trade fair. There are S-Bahn connections in Feuerbach for lines S4, S5, S6 and S60.
The A81 and A8 highways can also be reached quickly and without traffic jams in approx. 10 minutes (7 km) via the bypass. Nevertheless, you can neither see nor hear the highway.
Numerous attractive employers in Feuerbach and the immediate vicinity, such as PORSCHE, Bosch, Leitz, Mahle, Mercedes-Benz, various publishing houses, etc. can be reached quickly and conveniently.
