Estate in secluded location with riding facilities

Gut Eckardsreuth is a 13.5 ha estate in a secluded location on the edge of the municipality of Konradsreuth in the immediate vicinity of the town of Hof.
The estate is completely fenced in with paddock fences and hedges, has its own spring and 3 fish ponds, as well as a horse stable with riding facilities and sufficient pasture paddocks.
4 hectares of deciduous forest with its own bridle paths are part of the estate. The facility is also suitable for show jumping and eventing.
The centrally located four-sided farm was completely renovated in 1986. It underwent extensive modernization in 2023.
The facility was previously operated as a private and boarding stable and can accommodate up to 25 horses.
