We would like to offer our detached house here.

which could also be used as 2 apartments.

in front of it there is still parking space for about 4 cars.

The second driveway has a parking space.

The garden is home to a cherry / apple / quince tree, various fruit bushes and raised beds.
The terrace with adjoining natural pond invites you to linger until sunset.
