The main façade of the house facing the square is dominated by the rounded staircase tower overgrown with wild vines.
And the south side facing the garden, the actual main façade for the residents, is designed with large windows and four spacious terraces and balconies with roses climbing up the pillars.
The balconies, terraces and windows open out to the south into the spacious inner courtyard garden area between the rows of houses on Hammerweg and those on the parallel street Jahnstraße - an oasis of peace in the middle of the city.
Shopping facilities (doctors, pharmacy, bakery, bank, restaurants, fashion, tailor's shop) and a streetcar stop are all within walking distance (approx. 100 meters). Lines 3 and 7 go directly to the city center (Luisenplatz, Schloß).
Long-distance connections to the highways and freeways can be reached in a very short time.
