I am renting out this beautiful furnished maisonette apartment for a limited period of about one year before I can move in myself. The move-out date can possibly be postponed at a later date.

In addition to the checkroom and storage room, there is a full shower room with a Hay shelf and access to the loggia and garden. A patio table has been ordered. On the first floor there are two bright bedrooms connected by a wooden sliding door and a modern en-suite shower room with upscale fittings and a walk-in rain shower. The furnishings include a 180 cm solid wood bed with new mattresses and bedding, as well as a desk with Eiermann base frame, chair and a spacious oak bookshelf, in the storage room/walk-in closet there is plenty of storage space and a washing machine connection. Throughout the apartment there are high-quality designer lights by Louis Poulsen etc., oak strip parquet flooring and a very special wooden ceiling with a ceiling height of 2.70 m.
Fast LAN and WLAN on both floors, heating costs, water, utilities and electricity are included, as is a parking space in front of the house.
There are still table lamps and a bit of home furnishings such as bath mats and carpets ordered, which are not yet shown in the photos.

The wooden house with 8 parties was designed as an innovative construction project as part of the IBA 2014 by star architect David Adjaye and impresses with its modern and sustainable construction method and unique design.

In the immediate vicinity there are other exciting IBA construction projects and the Inselpark of the International Garden Exhibition, which offers plenty of greenery, sports and leisure facilities.
