The big highlight of the apartment is the large living and dining area, which you can see in the photos. The stairs make the apartment look more like a small house. When we moved into a house, we realized even more how much storage space the apartment offers with the many built-in cupboards everywhere. This makes it easier to keep everything tidy (at least on the outside ;))
The insulation of the apartment is very good, so the energy costs are quite reasonable compared to other properties. The Velux windows were overhauled 4 years ago.
Location
From the balcony you can look out onto the Teltow Canal (the small plot directly in front of the house may not be built on). The area is nice and quiet, but you are also well connected if you want to travel to the city center by public transport. The most important facilities for daily needs are within walking distance: Grocery stores, pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants, doctors, sports facilities.
