Apartment available on the Stürenberg farm - live together and feel good!

In the middle of the charming village center of Alfhausen, our residential project at Hof Stürenberg was built at the beginning of 2023. Our building offers four comfortable residential units: a spacious first floor apartment and three apartments on the upper floor, which are easily accessible via a staircase or elevator. In addition, the residents share an inviting communal room and a beautiful garden, which invites you to linger and help shape it.

The core of our project is communal living, where everyone still has enough space to retreat into their own four walls. It is very important to us to enable our residents to live a long, independent and self-determined life thanks to the community aspect and accessibility.

An apartment on the upper floor will become available on 01.12.2024 (or from 01.11.2024 if desired). The current resident structure is female and 55+, but of course men are also very welcome! We would be delighted if you are interested in occasional activities together.
