An apartment building with 10 residential units is being built in Kissing as a KfW40 efficiency house.

We are building a total of ten apartments in Kissing. All apartments naturally meet the KfW 40 standard and therefore qualify for a low-interest loan.
Nine apartments in our new-build project are designed as small apartments with approx. 50 m² of living space - perfect for singles, students, commuters and senior citizens. Apartment no. 10 is located on the top floor and is ideal for families.
Briefly about us: We, LEAN BAU, are a construction company based in Lagerlechfeld, which was and is mainly active in the Munich area. However, we are currently looking to build more in our home region again and have projects in Kissing, Mering, Königsbrunn, Hiltenfingen, etc.
