We are looking for a building partner for the 2nd DHH. A family owning the plot will move into the other semi-detached house.
The plot side with approx. 386m2, south-west orientation and a dimension of 24m depth and over 16m width is for sale. This allows for an expansive design, high flexibility in terms of garden shed and/or garage(s) and carport and a spacious, contiguous garden.

The plan to build a healthy semi-detached house with 2 full storeys and basement in timber frame construction with Regnauer (house Select 11) already exists, but is not a prerequisite. After extensive research, the client family was convinced by Regnauer's price/performance and support.
