On a very well located corner plot with a total area of 756m2, the construction of a semi-detached house (basement, ground floor, 1st floor) with a spacious floor plan is planned.
We are looking for a building partner and preferably a family for the 2nd semi-detached house. A property-owning family will move into the other DHH.
The plot side with approx. 386m2, south-west orientation and a dimension of 24m depth and over 16m width is for sale for the mentioned VB. The existing plot dimensions allow a generous design, high flexibility in terms of garden house and/or garage(s) and carport and still offer sufficient space for a spacious contiguous garden with terrace.

The plan to build a healthy semi-detached house with 2 full storeys and a basement in timber frame construction with Regnauer (house Select 11) already exists, but is not a prerequisite. After extensive research, the client family was impressed by Regnauer's price/performance and support, which is why we would like to show this specific example here.
Theoretically, two detached houses with a similar floor plan and identical price structure are also possible. (e.g. example Regnauer Select 5)

Here you can see a currently valid DHH offer, purely for the turnkey house without floor slab, for use on a basement to be built.
