Four rooms in the Bamberg mountain region

The building is from the seventies, but the apartment has always been well looked after and maintained. It is located on the second floor of a house with six parties.
The apartment has a small entrance area with a checkroom. From the long hallway, doors lead to the toilet, the bathroom, the bedroom, the study, the kitchen and the dining room, through which you reach the spacious living room. The dining room and kitchen are connected by a serving hatch. All the rooms and spaces mentioned have windows. The living room is equipped with a wood-burning stove.
The building is located on the sidewalk; behind the building is a courtyard with small garages. One of them belongs to the apartment. There is also a large, somewhat outdated barn, which can be conveniently used for storage. The courtyard can be accessed through the house or through a large courtyard gate, through which of course all standard vehicles fit.
The house community is friendly and helpful; the energy certificate for the building is also available.

The apartment is located close to the city center in a mountainous area: you can walk to the city center in 16 minutes, buses run at least every 15 minutes on weekdays.
There is a general practitioner's surgery in the immediate vicinity and all important local suppliers are approx. 600m away.
Another plus point is the location between Bamberg's most beautiful cellars.
