The house is in a central city location in the popular Charlottenburg district. There are supermarkets, cafés, schools and doctors in the immediate vicinity of the property. The Lietzensee with its large park is only a five-minute walk away. Charlottenburg Palace and the Grunewald forest can be easily reached by bicycle.
The Kaiserdamm subway station (U2), the Messe Nord/ICC S-Bahn station (Ringbahn) and the long-distance bus station (ZOB) are just a few minutes' walk away, and the Kaiserdamm city highway exit is two minutes away by car.
