The rooms are in need of renovation. We are happy for the tenants to make alterations. If suitable measures are taken, we may contribute to the costs. In the case of longer-term tenancies, the building can be renovated by us or the tenant to make it more energy-efficient.

There are 2 public transport stops in the immediate vicinity, which are served by two streetcar lines every 5 minutes and provide an ideal connection to the main train station and to the west/southeast. The main railway station can be reached on foot within 15 minutes. There are also restaurants and local amenities in the surrounding area.
