The apartment really leaves nothing to be desired! We have completely renovated the entire apartment from the entrance door (from the floor structure to the ceiling) with all trades (electrical, sanitary, floors, tiles, drywall, painters) in a modern style.
You enter the very well-designed 3.5-room apartment via the bright, spacious hallway. To the right is the separate WC and then the inviting bathroom. Both rooms are fitted with modern, easy-care tiles. The walls are white, the floor is set off in anthracite. Directly next to the kitchen is the open dining room with a wonderful view over the whole of Regensburg. You can admire the cathedral from the adjoining bedroom. This is a real highlight, especially in the evening when the cathedral is illuminated. From the spacious living room of 22 sqm you have access to the sunny south-facing balcony of 8 sqm. The apartment naturally also has a children's room (11 sqm), which can of course also be used as a home office or dressing room.
