The spacious, open-plan kitchen with dining area and a guest WC are located in the entrance area of the mid-terrace house. The open-plan kitchen leads into the living room and from there via the terrace into the lovingly landscaped garden. There you first enter a small hallway that leads to another large room, which is ideal as a retreat for teenagers or a study.
The terraced house is in very good condition and ready to move into. It is part of an estate and is therefore still fully furnished and equipped. By arrangement, the property can be completely vacated or taken over with the existing furnishings. The latter has the advantage for young families and/or couples that they do not have to purchase a complete new household, as everything from washing machine, dryer, drill, nails and screws to iron and ironing board etc. is available in the house and can be taken over on request.

Location
The terraced house is located in a quiet residential area of Hasloh surrounded by greenery. The municipality of Hasloh is located in southern Schleswig-Holstein on the border with Hamburg, between Pinneberg, Quickborn, Norderstedt and Bönningstedt. Hasloh belongs to the district of Pinneberg and has around 3800 inhabitants.
There are kindergartens and an elementary school as an open all-day school in the municipality. There are currently 8 classes in the Peter Lunding elementary school. In addition to the normal classrooms, the school has a workroom, a music room, an assembly hall, a school library and a three-court sports hall. The Hasloh sports fields are right next door.
Lessons take place as part of the "reliable timetable", i.e. the children spend the hours specified in the timetable at school and are not sent home early if lessons are missed.
The open all-day school (OGTS) is available for working parents who also require care outside of school hours.
The school building was built in 1950 and named after the first post-war mayor Peter Lunding. It is Hasloh's "landmark" and can be found in many pictures and illustrations. In mid-2015, it was classified as a "cultural monument of special value" by the State Office for the Preservation of Monuments in Schleswig-Holstein. In recent years, the entire building has been renovated and expanded into the "Lernhaus Hasloh". Secondary schools are also located in the neighboring communities of Bönningstedt and Quickborn.
The Hasloh Gymnastics and Sports Club (Turn- und Sportverein Hasloh von 1928 e.V.) offers young and old the opportunity to take part in around 20 different sports, from aerobics to soccer and volleyball. Food and drink are provided in the "Florenz" restaurant.
The municipality itself also offers a wide range of shopping facilities, playgrounds, restaurants and leisure activities, including a high ropes course and riding facilities.
There is also a dentist's surgery on site.
The municipality of Hasloh is located in the northwest of Hamburg and is very well connected in terms of transportation.
Hasloh is located on the B4 federal highway between Hamburg and Quickborn. Hamburg city center can be reached by car in around 30 minutes.
The A7 federal highway can be reached via the Quickborn or Schnelsen junctions in about 10 minutes.
Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel Airport can also be reached by car in around 15 minutes.
In terms of local public transport, there is a connection to the Hamburg rail network (HVV.de) via the AKN with its own stop. From 2025, the AKN is to be replaced by the S21.
There is also an east-west connection between Wedel-Pinneberg-Hasloh-Norderstedt (HeroldCenter, Garstedt U1) with bus route 395. There are 4 stops in Hasloh.
