The house is rented by arrangement and only on a temporary basis. The tenant must provide a current Schufa credit report or other references. A deposit is required.

The beautiful countryside invites you to go cycling and hiking, water sports and boat trips are possible on the nearby lake and the Peene. The village of Ivenack with its thousand-year-old oak trees and treetop path is only 7 km away, Waren/Müritz approx. 40 minutes, the Baltic Sea 1 hour, Greifswald and Stralsund approx. 45 minutes, Rostock/Warnemünde approx. 45 minutes. Shopping facilities including a café and bistro/restaurant can be found in Grammentin, only 3 km away. Various vendors such as bakers, butchers, grocers and greengrocers stop several times a week in the immediate vicinity of the house.
