The apartment became vacant at the beginning of September after the previous tenant moved out after 17 years for professional reasons. As the landlord, I would like to take advantage of this to offer the apartment for sale now.
The light-colored floor tiles were laid by the previous owner in the early 2000s and are timeless. The walls are partly wallpapered and partly with roughcast (currently white, partly also painted red and brown). The bathroom and kitchen are also approx. 20 years old - timeless and fully equipped.

Lerchenstrasse is located at the eastern entrance to Heusenstamm in a quiet residential area right on the edge of the forest. A bakery, Rewe supermarket and a newsagent are all within walking distance. The connection to the A3, A5 and A661 is very convenient, as is the short distance to the city center (incl. S-Bahn connection). Fitness studio (Jumpers Fitness) and the adjacent forest swimming pool are within walking distance. Golf enthusiasts can reach the Neuhof golf club by car in 12 minutes.
Heusenstamm is one of the few areas in and around Frankfurt with hardly any aircraft noise. Only when planes take off in an easterly direction (approx. 25% of the year) can you hear the occasional plane taking off.
