Well-maintained detached house built in 1962 in Burgdorf. Conversion and extension in 1979. Occupied by the owner family since construction and continuously maintained.
On the first floor there is a spacious hallway with a recessed niche for the checkroom. The house is located in a mature residential area within walking distance of the center of Burgdorf. It only takes 5 minutes to get to the center by bike. The schools are also easily accessible by bike. Burgdorf is a typical small town where life is good. There is a train station and outdoor pool, all schools, doctors, shops and facilities for daily needs. The house is also very well connected to the highway towards Hanover and the A2.
