The apartment has a modern fitted kitchen with integrated washing machine.
The two flatmates are in their mid/end 20s and both work full-time, so it is often quiet in the apartment.

The basic rent is EUR 350 per month, plus ancillary costs of EUR 74. The warm rent therefore amounts to EUR 424 per month.

Gerlingen is a town northwest of Stuttgart and about 10 kilometers away from the district town of Ludwigsburg in Baden-Württemberg in the district of Ludwigsburg. It belongs to the Stuttgart region.
The location of Gerlingen is very attractive thanks to its connection to the A81. Stuttgart city center is 15 kilometers away and can be reached within 20 minutes by car or public transport. Ditzingen (4 kilometers), Leonberg (6 kilometers) and LE Airport (20 kilometers) are also within easy reach.
