Energy concept
The core element of the house is the highly efficient 23 kW basic storage stove. With just 10 kg of wood in the evening, you can enjoy a wonderful fire and heat the entire floor for 24 hours. In very cold winters, the 8 kW cast iron stove on the upper floor rarely needs to be fired up. The masonry reheating box also stores the heat and releases it over several hours. The hot water is produced economically by the air heat pump in the basement. There is a Swedish cast iron stove in the kitchen for cooking in the cold season. It is possible to put the old heating system back into operation. Old oil burner no longer available. Space for a new energy source e.g. pellet heating available.
