Cozy apartment on the 1st floor

We would particularly welcome a family with 2 children. The children's rooms are separated from the 75 sqm main apartment by the staircase. They have their own new bathroom and a long hallway with a closet.

The style of the house is from the 60s. The kitchen is quite small, the fitted furniture could be taken over (no fitted kitchen). There is a large balcony across the entire width of the house.
The rent includes 2 parking spaces. If necessary, a garage can be rented in a few months.
The apartment has a small cellar room and use of the laundry room. (Washing machine cannot be installed in the apartment.)

The house has ceiling heating, there are radiators only in the children's rooms and in the "children's bathroom".
Electricity and telephone/internet must be registered by each tenant, the heating costs are shared with the owner's apartment on the first floor according to living space. Water and sewage costs are billed according to the number of persons and weeks.

Rental contract only with proof of income and Schufa!
Key handover only after full payment of the deposit and the 1st rent!

We offer from November/December a nice apartment "in the green" in our 2 FH in Lütgendortmund.
The bus stop in the Provinzialstraße near the 2 gas stations is only about 200m away.
The highway entrance to the A40 about 3 km
