The property was a former metal spring production facility, which means that the property has plenty of power connections, extraction systems and compressed air connections.

Important:
The building was partially rebuilt in 2024, small beauty defects in the exterior facade are to be repaired in the course of 2025.
In some of the pictures you can still see the pre-renovation condition (where it can be seen empty), as this area is currently used by tenants. One of these will be moving out soon. In the main hall is a special machine construction company with 4 men, which has the not red marked area in the hall, (green marked is the office clock, the rest are halls) these are however very nice between all tenants is always an extremely good with each other and partly work together. The hall areas are currently all video monitored by the new security system, camera access can be granted, voice output is also possible (4/8 K resolution cameras).
