We would like to rent this extremely quiet small furnished 1-room apartment in Stuttgart-Kaltental in the countryside to a nice non-smoker (single person/student). The bright apartment is close to the city and close to nature and is furnished with a kitchenette and a daylight bathroom.

Unfortunately, we cannot call everyone personally, so please introduce yourself briefly by stating:

- Hobbies etc

Here you can be in the city in just 13 minutes by subway - e.g. Rathaus stop
and only 3 minutes to Stuttgart-Vaihingen Schillerplatz

The Österfeld S-Bahn station is a 12-minute walk away

Due to the walking distance to fields and forests, the location is particularly suitable for outdoor sports enthusiasts.
