The EOF subsidy program results in an affordable rent, which is shown in the advertisement. The basic rent payable to the landlord is €8.20/sqm - the subsidy reduces this to €5.80/sqm. This effectively results in a basic rent of €522 (as offered) instead of the basic rent of €738.
To get this apartment, you need a certificate of eligibility for housing with income level II or III.
The apartment cannot be rented without this certificate.
For 3 persons, your net income should be between €2710 and €4760 depending on the income level, for 4 persons between €3,130 and €5,900 and for 5 persons between €3,542 and €7075.
