This spacious four-sided farmhouse is located in the Deibow district on a 5500 sqm plot of land. The house, which opens onto the village street with little traffic, is divided into 2 apartments connected by a large gateway. The apartment on the right is 130 square meters: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and a spacious 63 square meter living area with kitchenette, dining area and sitting area with fireplace.
The small apartment is 70 square meters: living room with fireplace, bedroom, large eat-in kitchen and full bathroom.
Between the apartments there is a 4 meter high gate in front of the large driveway, through which you enter the spacious inner courtyard. This courtyard is framed on one side by the calf barn, on the other side by the large cowshed with four horse boxes and opposite the house by a large barn with 4 gates. This provides undisturbed privacy. The outbuildings cover a total area of approx. 1,400 sqm. Behind the barn there is an open area of approx. 3000 sqm with fruit and nut trees as well as three ancient oaks on the western boundary of the property.

The house, built around 1910, was completely gutted and renovated in 2000 and fitted with new windows and doors on the first floor. The floor plan was adapted to the times without destroying the historic charm of the property. All living spaces were given a homely atmosphere with pitch pine floorboards and floor insulation. During the renovation, a liquid gas heating system was installed, which was extended in 2014 with a fireplace with water supply.

Deibow means pure nature! Here you can live in the middle of nature without the hustle and bustle. Fields and extensive forests begin directly behind the property.
The Elbtalaue is ideal for hiking and cycling, and the small towns of Grabow and Lenzen have shops and doctors.
We also used the farm for horse breeding. In the whole of northern Germany, you will hardly find such an extensive, never-ending riding area that starts directly behind the house.
