One underground parking space (60 EUR) and one outdoor parking space (30 EUR) are allocated to the apartment.

The total rent is EUR 1,160.00 and consists of EUR 900.00 for the apartment, EUR 60.00 for the underground parking space, EUR 25.00 for the outdoor parking space and EUR 170.00 advance payment for ancillary costs. The parking spaces must be rented, but can also be sublet on your own authority (a passage in the rental agreement is granted). There is NO janitor service for the sweeping week. If more than 2 people move in, we recommend increasing the advance payment by 10-20 EUR.
