House by the lake

Our house is located on one of the clearest bodies of water in Germany, not far from Rheinsberg, on the Großer Zechliner See. Step into the spacious entrance area on the first floor. From here you enter the living room with large panoramic windows and adjoining wooden terrace with an unobstructed view of the lake. Also on the first floor are the open kitchen with state-of-the-art appliances, the guest WC and the utility room. The floors are uniformly tiled and have underfloor heating. The beautiful wooden staircase leads to the upper floor.
Here you will find the bathroom with shower and bathtub, as well as 3 bedrooms. Here, too, you can enjoy the view of the lake through oversized skylights. The bedrooms are fitted with high-quality parquet flooring.
Outside there is an outbuilding with 20 m² of usable space. Start your outdoor activities right on the doorstep. Whether swimming, kayaking or SUP, you have all the options here. There is a marina for your motorboat or sailing boat within walking distance.

Our house is located in a vacation home area on the Großer Zechliner See. You will find catering facilities in the immediate vicinity, in the village of Zechlin, in Kagar or in Flecken Zechlin. The nearest supermarket in Flecken Zechlin is approx. 3 kilometers away. Rheinsberg, with its numerous culinary and cultural attractions, is approx. 10 kilometers away. Enjoy nature and the numerous lakes at any time of the year.
