Immediate surroundings:
The property is extremely conveniently located and yet very quiet near the A25 highway exit Curslack. A noise barrier, whisper-quiet asphalt and sufficient distance prevent any disturbing noises. Along the frontage road, which is a one-way street with limited traffic (30 km/h), mainly detached houses were built in different periods and offer a family environment for all generations.
The eastern tip of the Bergedorf Innovation Park will soon be built around 500m away. Modern and future-oriented companies such as Körber Technologies GmbH will be located here, which can then be easily reached on foot or by bicycle.
