Großenaspe (Segeberg district, Schleswig-Holstein) is a municipality with around 3,000 inhabitants and is located on the outskirts between Neumünster and Bad Bramstedt in rural surroundings and is part of the Greater Hamburg catchment area. The BAB 7 highway from Hamburg to Flensburg runs to the west. The Hamburg-Altona-Neumünster railroad line (AKN regional train) and a stop in Großenaspe run on the outskirts of the village, providing very good transport connections. The village offers a supervised elementary school, all-day day care center and shopping facilities for daily needs. Medical care is provided by a dentist and a general practitioner.
