This 80 sqm vacation home directly on Lake Plau was newly built in 2009 in solid construction. The 400 square meter property offers parking spaces for cars and boat trailers, a terrace, barbecue area and plenty of green space.

Of the more than 1000 lakes, the Plauer See, with a visibility depth of over 2 meters, has been classified as excellent quality for many years. From here you can take a boat across the Havel to Berlin or across the Elde to the Elbe.
The location of Alt Schwerin, only 6 km from the A24 motorway in the middle of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, is not only important for arrivals and departures, but also for excursions between Berlin and the Baltic Sea.
