The house has very low energy costs as it is heated by a geothermal heat pump, has a heat recovery system and a photovoltaic system. The total monthly energy costs currently amount to just 80 euros for electricity and 30 euros for water. Worries about rising energy prices are a thing of the past in this house. All living spaces have underfloor heating.
