The plot on offer, which is currently set up as a vacation plot and could be built on immediately, is located in Heidesee / Kolberg and has an area of 1,211 m².

The Tesla Gigafactory is around 22 km away and BER airport is around 35 km away.
The nearest S-Bahn station is Königs Wusterhausen, from where there are buses to Kolberg and regional trains to Friedersdorf. Friedersdorf, just 8 km away, also offers all the necessary shopping facilities as well as a daycare center and an elementary school.
