As co-owner of the building and property, its infrastructure can be used (e.g. coin-operated washing/drying machines, garbage cans).

The building is managed by a limited company with 2 employees who are exclusively responsible for this. In addition, 4 janitors work in the building on a permanent basis.
The underground parking garage is correspondingly well maintained. An external security service carries out sporadic daily patrols of the grounds.
