The garage doors are on Fritz-Meyer-Weg next to the Edeka.
As co-owner of the building, its infrastructure can be used (e.g. coin-operated washing/drying machines).
The building is managed by a limited company with 2 employees who are exclusively responsible for it. In addition, 4 janitors work in the building on a permanent basis.
The underground parking garage is correspondingly well maintained. An external security service carries out sporadic daily patrols of the grounds.

The parking space is rented until 4.3.2025. The parking space was included in a rental agreement for an apartment in the building. As the apartment was sold but not the parking space, the original rental agreement was split into apartment and parking space. The parking space was included in the combined contract at a special price, which is why the current monthly rent until 4.3.25 is only 45 euros. These parking spaces are usually offered for 60-75 euros/month in the building. Early termination is excluded.
Key financial data:
It was decided to renovate the façade of the building above over the next few years. However, this decision was contested. The contested resolution would result in an additional special levy of around EUR 236 per year for the parking space for 2025-2027.
Reserve for the parking space as at 31.12.2023: 203 euros
