This beautiful house is located between the island of Rügen and the sunny island of Usedom. You can reach Lubmin beach within 5 minutes by car. In the Baltic seaside resort of Lubmin you will not only find shopping facilities, but also a daycare center, a school and various doctors and a pharmacy.
In addition, the beautiful university and Hanseatic city of Greifswald is not far away (approx. 20 km). There are various shopping facilities, restaurants, doctors, the university, sights to marvel at and lots of culture to experience.
