House to feel good 5 km from the Baltic Sea beach

Our house was built in 1986 and is situated on a plot of 519 m² with a living space of 165 m². On the first floor there is a large living/dining room with an open fireplace. There is also a spacious hallway, a room, the kitchen (with fitted kitchen) and a bathroom with shower. Behind this is the second entrance to the house, which leads to the spacious garden. A solid staircase leads from the porch to the basement. Here is the gas heating system (Vaillant condensing boiler with hot water tank), which was renewed in 2017 and is connected to the natural gas network. There is also a sauna in another room.

On the upper floor there are 3 further rooms, a large hallway and another bathroom with a bathtub.
The windows are insulated plastic windows from 1996.
There are two parking spaces and a duplex garage for your vehicles.

The two bathrooms and water pipes are recommended to be renewed.

This beautiful house is located between the island of Rügen and the sunny island of Usedom. You can reach Lubmin beach within 5 minutes by car. In the Baltic seaside resort of Lubmin you will not only find shopping facilities, but also a daycare center, a school and various doctors and a pharmacy.

In addition, the beautiful university and Hanseatic city of Greifswald is not far away (approx. 20 km). There are various shopping facilities, restaurants, doctors, the university, sights to marvel at and lots of culture to experience.

Wusterhusen, situated in the countryside, is a village of 1100 souls with an elementary school and a kindergarten, after-school care center. There is also a beautiful church and a restaurant in the village. The village is quietly situated and offers a lot of relaxation and recreation in everyday life due to the location advantage.
