The apartment in question is located at Ulmenstraße 3 in 18057 Rostock and will be available from January 2025. In consultation with the tenant, it could also be available for occupancy as early as December 2024.

The apartment has a cellar room, the large green inner courtyard is very quiet, enclosed and can be used for barbecues or relaxing.

The fitted kitchen with fridge, oven and dishwasher will remain in the apartment. A transfer fee of 1,500 EURO will be requested from the previous tenant.
