This terraced house-like residential unit is located on an almost 1000-year-old farmstead in a farming community close to the town in the Osnabrück hill country.

Together with two other residential units, a former barn was converted into living space in 2017. After extensive conversion work, a modern building was created, surrounded by a historic, over 120-year-old quarry stone house, a fenced-in pond, an orchard and other areas. In addition to a sheepdog, the farm is currently home to 2 sheep, 2 geese and a few chickens. In summer, the geese share the fenced-in pond with wild ducks that regularly fly in.

The living unit boasts a modern floor plan including an open kitchen and panoramic windows to the south-facing garden. The private garden with terrace and lawn offers space for the whole family to play or for couples to relax.

On the ground floor, next to the guest WC with shower, there is a small room that can be used as a utility room, guest room or office (see floor plan). Further storage space is located directly next to the kitchen under the stairs.

There is a choice of two or three bedrooms on the upper floor. Decide for yourself whether the large room should be divided into two smaller rooms - we will be happy to take care of this for you if necessary. Windows, electrics and heating were already planned during the construction of the building so that this is possible without any problems.
There is also a bathroom with bathtub, shower and window on the upper floor.

The offer is complemented by two parking spaces (in the carport) and a storage room in the outbuilding.

The house is located in Georgsmarienhütte, in the Holsten-Mündrup district near the Osnabrück suburb of Voxtrup.

The farm is in a rural location, but at the same time the Osnabrück city limits are only approx. 1 km away. Here, rural living can be ideally combined with the advantages of the city.

Osnabrück's main railway station is approx. 9 km away.

The nearest slip roads to the A30 and A33 freeways are only approx. 3.5 km away. The A1 can be reached via the Lotter Kreuz junction.

There is also a bus stop at the farm. From there, you can mainly reach schools in Oesede and Kloster-Oesede.
