6.02-6.07: chic one-person apartments in the new building - furnished

Ruby Living Berlin will be completed in 2023 and combines maximum living comfort with energy efficiency class KfW 55 in a central location. The apartment building is located in the immediate vicinity of Innsbrucker Platz (S-Bahn & U-Bahn) and Südkreuz station (ICE etc.), which makes it possible to reach Berlin city center in 5-10 minutes. The modern design with floor-to-ceiling windows promises light-flooded, optimally designed apartment layouts.
