Miscellaneous
Another big plus is the great community that exists in the apartment complex. There are various self-organized parties every year, yard flea markets, sports groups, baby/cat flower-sitters and also the joint apple harvest and much more is an absolute highlight. The groups are based on WhatsApp and are very informative - you can but don't have to actively participate. We have never experienced this great community like this before and are a big fan of it (especially in a larger residential complex and/or city like Munich).
